Vice President
40 hours/week, with Employment Authorization, bachelor’s or equivalent, Salary S5,000.00/per month. Expected hiring date: within 3 months starting from the date of approval of filing I-129.
Duties and Functions: Lead the subordinate departments under the leadership of the company’s CEO. Assist the CEO in setting up operational rules and regulations for the company, and supervise the subordinates in implementation of rules and regulations Participate in setting long or short term goals and target for the company. Involve in setting up the company’s organization structure and recruitment policies. Assist the superior to determine the company business and administration development direction and strategies.May represent the company to attend important meetings and sign contracts. Observe and review the subordinate managers’ performances and make recommendation for promotions of key personnel. Participate in the determination process of the company’s policies and methods of execution. General Administration Dept

Duties and Functions: Direct and coordinate the daily administrative operations of the company. Following the company’s general policies and guidance from the CEO, set up the company’s financial system, accounting system, and related procedures, policies and rules. Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls system. Make financial recommendations and decisions in approval of major spending. Guide the department to follow the company’s financial rules and policies, and keep staff updated of the related rules and procedures. Determine what service system or projects are necessary for the company’s financial and management development,such as hiring of outside professionals or regular services. Direct the subordinates in applying company rules and policies in daily activities. Supervise the coordination of activities of the U.S. subsidiary and the parent company in various areas, supervise the complete process of investment and international projects, arranging funds for investment to ensure the fulfillment of the entire supply process including after sale services. Lead the company’s management in various aspects,including operational procedures, human resource, employee hiring and firing policies.

Project Development Dept

Duties and Functions: Use management skills and professional knowledge in leading the company’s project development services, design strategies and business development methods in various areas. Set up and develop the department goals for providing high quality professional services. Formulate annual plans and budgets of company’s services in project development and process operation. Supervise new project launches.promotions, client demand, partner cooperation, and various business development performance. Create and implements marketing targets that can drive company’s services and enhance corporate image. Supervise the department to commit marketing and operation campaigns. Supervise the operations of the development to execute according to contractual, technical and schedule requirements. Review project development reports from the subordinates and give instruction to improve the performance in order to further business development. Assign duties, train subordinates and supervise the coordination with parent company support team.

Duties and Functions: Lead the department team in providing professional services in business and investment consultations for customers. Train subordinates regarding the company services and manner of performances. Conduct planning of the departments performance priorities. Design department operational procedures in providing necessary services. Following the general rules and policies of the company, further detail the department rules and policies. Design methods and strategies in developing the services methods using advanced technology and operational system or methods. May participate in the planning of company’s development strategy providing input based on department potential or needs. Hiring and delegating authority to subordinates. Assign duties and tasks and review performance. Report to Superior or confer with other management staff to determine business operation methods to ensure coordination within the organization.Supervise and manage the subordinates for daily planning, task management, and performance in every step. Duties and Functions:Apply professional knowledge and experience to the project development area. Assist the department to develop high performing projects. Coordinate with parent company’s supporting team to maintain the international projects fulfilled under the manager’s leadership. Create, implement,and monitor target project objectives and development plans. Use various methods and reports, to determine potential development of new projects. Under the managers instruction, execute new project launches, promotions and business development strategies. Assist the manager to build project plans and support systems. Develop new and innovative channels of project distribution. Submit project development data in the company’s market forecast meetings and statistic reports for promotions when necessary. Follow instructions from superior to draft and write promotional materials, creative briefs, project recommendations, and presentations through various communication channels to increase project selling. Follow the work procedures to increase the efficiency of the project marketing development of the organization.

Duties and Functions: Support the department manager to achieve international investment business growth. Manage major accounts by providing a high level of service to clients and solve issues that arise from invested projects. Ensure the clients with regular guidelines relevant to the investment industry. Conduct consultation to potential clients offer guidance in developing new projects, apply knowledge and experience and supply client and partner services of demand. Work closely with the team by sourcing projects and negotiating issues with clients to meet their specifications to ensure client’s needs are met. Increase the awareness of the company’s marketed projects, communicate with clients and partners, understand their demand, provide the clients the most updated information according to their need, make recommendations to further help customers make decisions. Duties and Functions: Strategically perform projects or plans and manage clients and partners service.
